Anders Peter Juel Sauerberg is the Co-Founder and Group CEO of Norbreeze Group, where he has built and scaled a portfolio of purpose-driven lifestyle brands across Asia and internationally. With over 20 years of executive leadership across Europe and Southeast Asia, Anders has shaped Norbreeze into a regional force in accessible luxury—spanning brand distribution, omnichannel retail, and impact-driven entrepreneurship.
Founded in 2004, Norbreeze Group now operates three core subsidiaries: Norbreeze Collective Asia, exclusive distributor of PANDORA across Indochina; MGI Distribution, a joint venture with Movado Group managing a portfolio of international watch and jewelry brands; and August Berg, a Danish-designed timepiece brand with a social mission at its core.
Before Norbreeze, Anders held leadership roles at Danfoss and Jebsen & Jessen, where he led regional transformation and digital initiatives. Today, he also serves on the board of MGI Distribution and advises select consumer and lifestyle ventures on brand positioning, market entry, and long-term value creation.
