Personal skill development: Exciting and challenging Running Man activities include challenges in thinking, movement and situation-handling skills. Through participating in these activities, members will have the opportunity to develop personal skills from time management and quick decision-making to enhancing creativity and demonstrating their leadership abilities.
Bonding and creating loyalty: Through Running Man activities, members feel the care, concern and support from colleagues. This creates cohesion, team spirit and loyalty to the company, creating conditions for stability and sustainable development of the organization.
