Objective of role:

In this role, you’ll drive the marketing efforts through data analysis and strategic insights. You should be familiar with advanced customer segmentation, will analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations that enhance our marketing strategies and drive business growth; Working closely with all departments to provide insight and actions plan.
Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities

Analysis and planning:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including market research, sales data, and digital marketing metrics.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, understand market trends, and evaluate competitor activities.
  • Campaign Performance: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze customer behavior and segmentation to understand preferences, purchasing patterns, and lifetime value.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional, to align marketing strategies with overall Marketing objectives.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new marketing opportunities and ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the update and monitoring of marketing budgets.

Report

  • Monitor daily trends in campaign performance and proactively address underlying causes of trends.
  • Set KPIs to measure campaign results, drive insights and recommendations and communicate these clearly and accurately back to the business, helping to inform business decisions and future campaigns iterations.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to the marketing team and senior management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required 1-3 years of experience in data analyst, CRM, Loyalty or related fields.
  • Experience in Marketing analyst, data-driven marketing, analytics, and digital transformation.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, GA, SQL, Python, Power BI & English communication
  • Excellent planning and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized with experience of balancing multiple projects.
