Objective of role:
- Manage the team of employees and drive sales performance.
- Take responsibility for sales activities at the store.
- Take responsibility for achieving assigned targets.
- Take responsibility for maintaining the image of the store and brand.
- Complete tasks assigned by direct management.
Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities
Ensure stores achieve sales targets:
- Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to revenue: Store sales, UPT (Units Per Transaction), ATV (Average Transaction Value), Customer Satisfaction, etc.
- Generate daily sales reports.
- Plan and implement sales strategies and propose promotional programs to achieve daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue goals.
Store Operations Management:
- Ensure the store’s image (product display, cleanliness, fixed asset maintenance, inventory management, etc.) and report to direct management if any issues arise.
- Ensure employees’ appearance is neat and adheres to the brand standards.
- Generate daily/monthly/quarterly reports as required by management.
- Provide necessary information to management regarding sales activities and store operations.
- Support budget management and monitor operational expenses of the store.
- Plan and propose efficient operational solutions for direct management.
Customer Service:
- Provide service to customers according to the brand and company standards, delivering the best customer experience.
- Maintain and develop close relationships with customers.
- Assist customers in resolving issues with products or services, handling customer complaints (if any).
Inventory Management:
- Store and handle goods according to regulations to prevent losses due to operational errors.
- Monitor inventory and conduct daily stock counts to ensure an adequate quantity of goods in the store.
- Handle incidents related to goods: discrepancies, negative inventory, errors in the HO system, etc.
- Analyze and propose appropriate purchasing solutions based on the business situation in the managed store.
- Collaborate with departments to resolve inventory discrepancies (if any).
Requirements
- High school graduate, preference given to candidates with vocational/college/university education.
- Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in the retail of high-end products.
- Possess team management skills, ability to train and guide employees.
- Good communication skills, ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work in shifts and willing to work overtime when necessary.
- English communication skills are an advantage.
