Objective of role:

  • Take responsibility for sales activities at the store.
  • Accountable for achieving assigned targets.
  • Manage merchandise in the store.
  • Maintain the image of the store and brand.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities

Ensure achieve sales targets:

  • Achieve assigned revenue targets (KPIs): Individual sales, UPT, ATV, CS…
  • Generate daily sales reports.

Store Operations:

  • Ensure the store’s image adheres to standards (product display, cleanliness, maintenance of fixed assets, and inventory management). Report issues to management promptly.
  • Maintain a neat personal appearance in line with the brand standards.
  • Generate daily/ monthly/ quarterly reports as required by management.
  • Provide necessary information to management regarding sales and store activities.

Customer Service:

  • Provide service to customers according to brand and company standards. Ensure the best customer experience.
  • Maintain and develop friendly relationships with customers.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues related to products or services, handling customer complaints if any.

Inventory Management and Loss Prevention:

  • Ensure proper storage and hygiene of goods according to regulations to prevent losses due to operational errors.
  • Regularly monitor inventory levels and conduct daily stock counts to ensure an adequate quantity of goods in the store.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, with preference given to candidates with vocational/college/university education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-end retail.
  • Strong team management skills, ability to train and guide staff.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime when necessary.
  • English language proficiency is an advantage.
