The formula "Mindset x Passion x Competence= Life and Work Achievements" is the guiding principle in her career philosophy of “break the limits of the potential” along her career path. With over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, her meticulous attention to detail and flexible problem-solving approach have consistently led her to achieve excellence from various perspectives.
In 1997, following her graduation in Finance and Accounting from the university, Mrs. Linh Ta embarked on a journey into the world of accounting with a Japanese company. This experience instilled in her the essential elements for career progression: a commitment to precision, discipline, responsibility, and the importance of clear processes in every aspect of her work.
At Zuellig Pharma, a leading Swiss pharmaceutical and medical equipment distributor in Vietnam, she continued to leverage her strengths, progressively defining her identity and nurturing her core values. This paved the way for more opportunities in her future endeavors. In 2009, she played a pivotal role by leading the accounting team, following her motto "Nothing is impossible when you have confidence in your skills and mindset." This journey involved collaborating with the French company Saint-Gobain to enhance and complete the accounting system, marking a significant milestone.
In 2012, she was invited to join Swarovski Manufacturing Vietnam, where she assumed the responsibility of establishing a precise and highly efficient accounting and financial reporting management system, leading to numerous significant accomplishments. This milestone stands as a source of pride for her, serving as a testament to the successful 15-year journey.

"What should we embark on in the coming decade?" This is the question that occupies her thoughts as she continues to write the next chapters of her life. This profound query echoes in her mind, sparking an strong energy and the universal "law of attraction" has led the merging of big ideas.

Following the discussion about orientation and vision with Mr. Nam Huynh, Chief Marketing Officer, regarding the journey to achieve the 2030 vision while maintaining a harmonious work environment, she decided to join Norbreeze Collective Asia as the director of finance and administration. In this significant role, she will be responsible for overseeing accounting, liabilities, and IT for the group.
