RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Screening
After receiving job applications, recruitment specialists will screen the resumes based on the criteria set by the management and send the selected resumes to the management for further screening.
Interview
After the management screen, recruitment specialists will organize direct or indirect interview with candidate.
References
After passing the interview rounds, the HR department will connect the candidate's references contact to get further reference information.
Job Offer
After successfully completing all rounds, the HR department will send a Job Offer to the candidate for the applied position at the company.
